Parts 1-5 are designed to give you the skills and strength required building up levels step by step.
Part 6 is for the adventurous risk taker who has mastered part 1-5 and wants to add twisting whilst suspended
Part 7 is building on part 6.
Part 6 & 7 are combined to create a more advanced flow which challenges your fitness to flow through inversions, climbing and twisting whilst suspended.
