This is a 60-Minute Progressive flow with Justine. The first half is suitable for a beginner who is comfortable in the hammock and ready to explore inversions. The sway and swing of the fabric may cause nausea and dizziness.
The second part assumes you are comfortable with inversions, have sufficient height to be inverted with your head off the floor and confident that your leg strength will hold you in the fabric whilst moving into and through the inversion
Standing in the fabric suspended in the tree, is there enough ceiling height so that you have head room when elevated on the swing. Foot or ankle injuries / issues might find this difficult and not suitable as we progress from tree to pin.
Prone suspension in the hammock swinging forward and back in the wheelbarrow is strong and definitely for the adventurous individual. Lower back issues take care.
Reverse somersault into chrysalis and then shoulder stand. Take care of the neck. Definitely not if you’re feeling nauseous, dizzy or exhausted.
