This 15-minute class will focus on a gentle flow intended to calm anxiety and stress and promote good sleep. It includes using the hammock to support sleep-promoting poses, including deep hamstring stretches, shoulder openers & hip opening poses.
Savasana & Guided Relaxation
This class with Dee will relax your mind and body and will teach you the act of conscious surrender. Suitable for all levels. It includes poses lying face-up on the ground, arms and legs comfortably spread, and eyes closed, eliminating tension from the body.

Natalie leads a 20-minute class featuring poses for the advanced beginner aerial yogi. This is a progressive class, that will strengthen both your body and mind.
