This class will strengthen your core and spine. It includes exercises such as tabletop and wheelbarrow to flying.
This class will stretch your shoulders and neck. It includes exercises such as advancing the previous plank sequence and bridge and shoulder stand walk over.
This class will strengthen your obliques and increase your flexibility. It includes exercises such as lateral flexion to open up the side body moving into abdominal swing
