    This class will help build flexibility in your hips and shoulders with our Candy Cane Aerial Yoga Flow. Suitable for intermediate level yogis. This flow includes hip opening sequences, and engages your hamstrings, hip flexors, and shoulders

  • Fallen Star Aerial Yoga Flow

    This class with Natalie includes flow from the Fallen Star Pose. It helps build upper body strength in the arms and shoulders and strengthens the core muscles. It also opens and stretches the chest, hamstrings, and hips.

  • Balance and Stabilize Class

    This class will focus on learning how to stabilize your pelvic girdle and improve your balance. It includes forwardd and back lean, supported sit leg stretch and tone.. It also includes poses such as Standing Star, squats, warrior, tree and it's great for buttock strength and balance

    This class will help you build your upper body strength and includes the step by step guide to iron cross pose, with variations and modifications

  • Standing Aerial Flow

    Natalie leads a 20-minute class featuring poses for the advanced beginner aerial yogi. This is a progressive class, that will strengthen both your body and mind.

    This class will focus on learning techniques on how to get upside down comfortably and strengthen your back and core abdominal muscles.

  • Aerial Yoga for Good Sleep

    This 15-minute class will focus on a gentle flow intended to calm anxiety and stress and promote good sleep. It includes using the hammock to support sleep-promoting poses, including deep hamstring stretches, shoulder openers & hip opening poses.

  • Bonus Pose Tutorial: Flying Tree Pose

    This class includes a step by step breakdown of the Tree Pose plus an inversion of Dee's daughter, Rose. Suitable for all levels. This pose stretches the thighs, groins, torso, and shoulders and strengthens the ankles and calves.

  • Low Flows for Stress Relief

    Join Dee in this 25-minute low-to-the-ground sequence featuring poses to destress and relax. This class is open to all levels and features a gentler inversion therapy sequence combining the hammock and the ground.

  • Aerial Yoga for Happy Hips

    This 30-minute class with Natalie will cover a sequence of hip releasing poses. Opening the hips can improve range of motion and decrease back pain.
